Never send
Passwords, one-time codes, identity documents or card details. We have no use for them and no way to keep them safe.
This is a full review site for the sequel's app, which means it carries a larger set of documents than most. Each of them is written to be read rather than to fill a footer.
What to include
Name the page, quote the sentence and say what should be there instead. For anything visual, a screenshot plus your browser and device usually lets us reproduce the fault on the first attempt.
What we cannot help with
Anything inside a casino account: deposits, bonuses, verification, locked balances, closed accounts. We are not the operator and have no access to those systems. That has to go to the operator's own support, which is also the faster route.
